Sheila Arnold leads us in a celebration of Kwanzaa, bringing to life the principle of Nia, or “purpose”, through stories, music, and the examples of famous African-American figures who exemplify Nia.
Sheila entertains, educates, and empowers her audience through Storytelling, Historic Character Presentations, & more. She is co-founder and Artistic Director of Artists Standing Strong Together and a consultant for many museums, historical societies, and organizations across the nation. Sheila has been honored as a 2021 MacDowell artist Fellow and a 2020 Mt. Vernon Research Fellow.
